Plus Size Charcoal Sweater Outfit

This plus size charcoal sweater is giving me life!  Beaded shoulders are everything!  (It also comes in ivory and black, I want them all!)

Keep the look “rocker chic” by adding black, lots of black.

And nothing says rocker like a crystal-encrusted leather wrap bracelet!

And obviously, add a black faux leather jacket to complete the look.

  1. Alexa- can you tell me more about these jeggings?

I am having the HARDEST time finding black (and white for that matter) jeggings that fit my weirdly shaped body. I’m much bigger on top & carry all my weight in the middle. So I need a generous waist but I have skinny “chicken legs”, no thighs & no butt. It is almost impossible to find jeggings that are “skinny” enough to not bunch up & have a ton of extra fabric around my thighs & legs while still fitting in the waist.

I was wearing Torrid’s stiletto jegging but it appears they are phasing these out. And the newer stiletto cuts aren’t the same as the ones from years past. Boo.

Any suggestions for me? Would these jeggings work for a short girl with skinny legs & big ole waist?

    1. Hi Chrissie,
You have the same issues my mom has. She is apple shaped. She loves the Torrid Jeggings: https://goo.gl/h9iRTM which also happen to be my favorite as well. I’m pear shaped, but somehow they work for us both! I think I usually get them a size smaller than my other jeans, but I like them super tight. Also, you may want to get them in shorter length, but keep in mind they will likely have a shorter rise too (less room for the belly). I would definitely give them a try!
