Sometimes a good sleeve is so hard to find!  Especially when it comes to cocktail dresses (and wedding dresses, but that’s a topic for another day).  Some of us are more comfortable with arm coverage.  As a woman who typically has to pair shrugs, boleros, or cropped cardigans with all of the cute [sleeveless] party dresses, I was excited by the selection of sleeved party dresses this year!
