I love mixing patterns like stripes and plaid, especially when it comes to fall and winter layering.  This outfit includes a black and white striped tee, which I thought was navy and white.  Either will work, but I prefer the navy.  Both are linked below too.  I used the same blanket scarf (I love it) in another outfit.  Check it out here.
