Each summer Nordstrom has an amazing sale!  Why so amazing?

Well, Nordstrom marks down brand-spanking-new fall items, including brands that rarely go on sale.  After the sale, prices go back up.

So this sale is a great opportunity to score some fresh items for the upcoming fall season at great prices!  

Take a look at this year’s plus size sale items.

And as always, remember that Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns all day, every day!

Key Dates

Early Access is a special perk reserved for Nordstrom cardmembers.

Your Nordy Club level is based on yearly spend amounts, though all cardmembers automatically start at Influencer status.

You can only shop Anniversary Sale Early Access as a cardmember.

• July 8: Early Access for cardmembers with Icon status.
• July 9: Early Access for cardmembers with Ambassador status.
• July 10: Early Access for cardmembers with Influencer status.
• July 12: Anniversary Sale opens to the general public.

Get a Nordstrom Card to Shop Early

Of course, if you don’t have a Nordstrom card, you can apply for one online right now.

And you don’t have to wait for the card to arrive in the mail to start saving.  You can start shopping the sale as early as July 10th!

Plus, you get $40 to use at Nordy’s at a later date if you use your card the day you are approved!  Woot!

Outfit 1 Details

This first plus size athleisure outfit is perfect for fall errands!  It’s comfortable with a sophisticated neutral color palette.

Start with this adorable Zella set (plus size joggers and funnel neck sweatshirt) is on sale. So cute!

As I said, Zella always a winner when it comes to quality!

Add some Nike retro low top sneakers and a suede bucket bag in a warm cognac color.  Now you’ve gone from cute to chic!

Keep the accessories minimal with some oversized designer sunglasses (on sale!) and gold huggie hoop earrings.

Oh and my favorite sale item: a two-toned Michele Deco watch.  Oh I want! 

Yes, it’s super bougie and has diamonds and costs a fortune, but yeah, I want!  Lol.

Lip Gloss Stick: A New Fave

I recently tried the YSL lippie “Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick” in “Showcasing Nude” and must say that I like this formula better than my favorite YSL lippies!  Double gasp!

It seems to be as moisturizing as the Loveshine Lip Oil Sticks but with a better glossy finish.

They don’t last very long on the lips, but the moisture does, for sure.

Anyway, I know they are crazy expensive!  Like, bonkers.  But, they are SO good!

If you’re in the market for a bougie splurge, maybe give them a try?

FYI, there is a set of two of these lip gloss sticks available during the NSale that are a great price.  

Perfume

For the fragrance, I included Maison Margiela’s Replica “Beach Walk,” which has a gift set on sale.

This refill set is also on sale.

I love Maison Margiela’s Replica series of scents that smell just like their name sakes.

My favorite is “By the Fireplace.”  It’s the quintessential fall scent, in my opinion.

Beach Walk smells like coconut and the sea.  It’s similar to Tom Ford’s “Soleil Blanc.”

If you want to try an affordable perfume inspired by Beach Walk, try this one from Dossier.

I’ve talked about Dossier perfumes many times and recommend them!

Outfit 4 Details

This next plus size athleisure outfit idea for fall includes the same plus size joggers.

But, I paired them with a blue relaxed tee, also from Zella.

Add some blue Adidas Gazelle sneakers (love!) and blue and gold gradient aviator sunglasses.

I love all of the unexpected blue details.

Sling Bag

For the bag, I went with a sling bag, which are still on-trend and sporty.

The black sling bag is the one I have mentioned many times that Rosey Blair swears is a great choice for plus size gals.  

She rocked it and was a size 24.

Or try this more affordable sling bag in black that has an adjustable strap up to 62″.

Jewelry

Keep the jewelry simple.  

Start with some cubic zirconia stud earrings.  Or try these for a more affordable option.

Next, I added this hex link bracelet.

Then I added a gold bracelet and a silver bracelet to keep these metals mixed.

Perfume: Le Labo’s Santal 33.

For the scent, I included one of the most-loved fragrances from Le Labo: Santal 33.

Santal 33 is a unisex fragrance described as “captures a defining image of the spirit of the American West.” 

Essentially, it smells like you bottled the aura of a hippie’s spirit animal with the collective mood of Burning Man, then added some sandalwood.

If it’s over your budget, I highly recommend you try the Dossier version or the Twist version.

Both brands make fragrances inspired by designer scents.

I tried the brand Dossier.  I ordered a bunch of their scents.  And so far, I love them!
