Outfit 1 Details

Both of these looks feature this lovely feminine embroidered linen-blend blouse with elbow length sleeves.  

And it has a little peplum.  Gorgeous!

In this first work outfit idea, I paired the top with a pair of cropped cotton pants in a tan color.

They’re more like “pedal pushers,” with a 22″ inseam in plus sizes and a 19″ inseam in plus petite.

These crops will look great with some on-trend woven ballet flats with tie closure, which are super duper cute and should keep your feet cool and comfy.

Add an ivory work tote bag and top the look with some designer sunnies.

Jewelry

I love the jewelry in this ensemble!

The star of the show are these large statement mother of pearl earrings.

Stunning!

You’ve seen all of these bracelets before. 

Many of them are from the brand Mevecco on Amazon.

I recently purchased this turquoise bracelet, paperclip bracelet, and cable bracelet.

I freakin’ love them all!

Lastly, add a mother of pearl cocktail ring.  I think I actually like this more affordable one better.

Lip Gloss Stick: A New Fave

I know that I used to talk about my favorite lipsticks all the time… and then YSL discontinued them.  Gasp! 

But these YSL Loveshine Lip Oil Sticks are the same formula with a new scent!  I ordered and tried my favorite shade, Nude Lavalliere, from Sephora. and can confirm they are the same!

However, I also tried this YSL lippie “Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick” in “Showcasing Nude” and must say that I like this formula better.  Double gasp!

It seems to be as moisturizing as the Loveshine Lip Oil Sticks but with a better glossy finish.

They don’t last very long on the lips, but the moisture does, for sure.

Anyway, I know they are crazy expensive!  Like, bonkers.  But, they are SO good!

If you’re in the market for a bougie splurge, maybe give them a try?

Perfume

As for the perfume, Kilian Paris’s “Love, don’t be shy” Perfume has become a recent favorite.

It’s a sophisticated orange blossom perfume with marshmallow notes and a warm amber base. 

Not your typical citrus perfume, but a sexy and elevated smell!

If you’re feeling bougie it’s definitely worth the splurge.

However, I know it is pricy so if the price is over budget or you just want to try it “guilt free,” perhaps try Dossier’s “Floral Marshmallow.”

As I have mentioned many times, I have tried several of Dossier’s scents and think they are fantastic for a fraction of the price.

Outfit 2 Details

As I said, this second look has the same gorge embroidered linen blouse but this time I added black cropped pants.

These crops are the same as above but in black.

I added this feminine black tote bag with an intricate perforated floral pattern in the leather.

Then I added some heeled slide sandals in black.  If you have to wear closed toe shoes for work, opt for some simple ballet flats.

Jewelry

I added some mother of pearl and white abalone shell jewelry, including these dangle earrings from Kendra Scott.

I’m in love these coordinating cuff bracelet.  Oh my!

And finish with the same mother of pearl statement ring.
