Plus Size on a Budget – Grey Fall Athleisure
My “Disclaimer”
I want to prevent some anticipated feedback. So please keep these things in mind:
- “Budget” is relative. Some people easily spend $300 on sunglasses, while other people allocate $300 for their annual clothing budget.
- You may be able to find these items elsewhere for less. These are just some “budget-friendly” finds I have come across. And I typically don’t link to clearance items because they sell out and then people are disappointed. Also, I have no way of linking to thrift stores, but obviously, if you want to check out your local thrift stores, I think that is a great idea!
- Recycle & reuse. As with all of my posts, I hope that you can use the pieces you already have in your wardrobe. Additionally, I assume that you can reuse all of the pieces below in other combinations with things in your closet to create a variety of looks. Meaning, I think it is unfair to judge the expense of one outfit as though that is the only way to wear the pieces.
Outfit Details
This outfit is much like my recent “Plus Size on a Budget – Airport Outfit.”
It has the same “base” (pullover, joggers) in a different color.
I also added the same trendy low profile sneakers. Love ’em!
Accessories
Also, I added a baseball cap (BMore, represent!). Any black baseball cap will do!
Add a black crossbody camera bag. If the strap isn’t long enough for you, swap it out for one of these.
Then add some classic silver aviator sunglasses. I always like aviators with sportier looks. It’s a vibe.
Jewelry
Keep the jewelry silver and chic with some crystal or cubic zirconia. This is how we make it bougie.
Add some crystal stud earrings. Or your favorite pair of CZ studs.
Then layer on some tennis bracelets like these. Voila!
Beauty
Throw on a nude lip with this tinted lip balm in “Nude Heaven.”
The perfume I featured is from Dossier, which makes designer-inspired fragrances.
I ordered a bunch of Dossier’s scents. And I love them! In my opinion, they last on the skin as long as the fragrances they are inspired by.
This featured perfume is Dossier’s “Gourmand Orange Blossom,” which is inspired by Lancôme’s “La Vie Est Belle” Eau de Parfum.
This stunning fragrance has notes of Iris, Earthy Patchouli, Warm Vanilla & Spun Sugar. It’s feminine but strong.
As I have mentioned many times, I have tried several of Dossier’s scents and think they are fantastic for a fraction of the price.
