Strapless Bra Recommendations

When going strapless or wearing thin straps, I always recommend two bras, one is strapless and the other is a multi-way bra with removable straps.

First, the Wacoal Red Carpet Strapless Bra (also, here ) which has excellent reviews and fits up to a size 44G.

Second, the Multi-Way Boost Strapless Bra which fits up to a size 50DDD.

But, if you plan to keep the plaid blazer on, just wear a nude bra with straps.

J.Crew Sizing

The flare jeans are from J.Crew.

In case you haven’t heard, J.Crew now has many items in plus sizes up to a size 24 or 3X.

Their sizing is comparable to Lane Bryant.

One thing to note is that some of their pants and jeans come by waist sizing (vanity), so check the size chart below to see which size you are.

Accessories

Now add some tan and brown accessories like this leather satchel bag. Carry it on the arm or across the body.

Add a tan belt.

And top the look with these chic geometric sunglasses.

Then add some brown suede heels.

Jewelry

Now layer on some beautiful gold jewelry.

I started with some bold gold hoop earrings. I love a chunky hoop!

Or try my favorite inexpensive versions (I have these earrings in all four sizes).

Next, try this set of coin necklaces, which I recently purchased while on sale.

Although they’re not the bestest quality, they look nice and certainly worth the sale price.

Then add my classic gold wrist stack, including this Tory Burch watch and bangle bracelet.

And now add a set of gold rings you can stack!

Lastly, I added a gorgeous gold tiger’s eye statement ring.

Lip Gloss Stick: A New Fave

I recently tried the YSL lippie “Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick” in “Showcasing Nude” and must say that I like this formula better than my favorite YSL lippies! Double gasp!

I added this “lip gloss stick” in “Watermelon High.”

It seems to be as moisturizing as the Loveshine Lip Oil Sticks but with a better glossy finish.

They don’t last very long on the lips, but the moisture does, for sure.

Anyway, I know they are crazy expensive! Like, bonkers. But, they are SO good!

If you’re in the market for a bougie splurge, maybe give them a try?

Perfume

Now make sure you smell as put together as you look!

I included Chanel’s Gabrielle, which is such a “rich” floral fragrance.

If it’s over your budget, I highly recommend you try the Dossier version.

I ordered a bunch of their scents. And so far, I love them!

I own their “Floral Ylang Ylang,” which is inspired by Chanel’s Gabrielle.

And I think it’s great. In fact, I used the entire bottle already!

For me, that is really saying something. It’s a great “every day” scent.

Oh la la! An amazing luxury scent at a fraction of the price!
