3 – Manuka Honey Cream – You might remember that this topical is one of my favorite chronic illness items. I don’t know why this medical grade magical ointment works so well…  but it just does. It claims to help with dry, itchy skin, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and more.  And it is one of the only things that will stop the itching when I have a skin flare.
