If you haven’t tried them, let’s talk about these plus size faux leather leggings (here or here), which are very well-reviewed with 4.5/5 stars.

And it’s not surprising, considering they’re made by Spanx and offer the control that anyone can use when wearing a legging!
Some reviewers even reported that these leggings “hid” their cellulite. What!?!
Sizing
They run a little small, but keep in mind, much like Spanx shapewear undergarments, they will be a pain in the a$$ to put on but that’s what you need to keep everything snatched!
They are a support level 2, which is mid-range for Spanx, which offers 3 levels of support.
So, you’ll want them to be tight. Something to think about when you’re evaluating the fit.
Also, you should probably size up, especially if you are apple-shaped. If you experience any rolling down at the waist, getting the next size up should fix that.

More Outfit Details
To keep this look on-trend, I chose some black lug booties. Well hello again, 1995.
And some matte black square sunglasses.
Plus, I had to add a crossbody designer bag. Obviously.
Lastly, I added a chunky bracelet and a bold orange lip.
Tip: if orange isn’t a good color for your skin tone, bright magenta also makes a good choice.
Matte Lippies
For most matte lipsticks, I go with my favorite liquid lipstick, Sephora’s Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick.
They are matte and long-wearing but don’t dry out my lips. I’ve been wearing these lippies for years and this still shocks me!
They are mostly transfer-proof. I say ‘mostly’ because I recently discovered some shades do have a little transfer. But, nearly all of them dry down to a completely “locked-in” status.
I highly recommend them!
