You might remember my love of pink and navy from this fall outfit.
Today’s look has similar vibes but works better for warmer weather.
However, those navy polka dot wellies would look great with this outfit on rainy spring days!
I love the classic pieces, like a pink stripe button-down, hair scarf, and bow loafers with a modern distressed jean.
If you’re a regular reader, you’ve heard me talk about these juxtapositions and how much I love them!
Mixing modern or trendy items with the classic and preppy keeps you from looking stuffy or boring. So mix it up!
Lipstick
Finish off your look with a nude lip, like “Nude Lingerie” from YSL.
As I’ve said, the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-in-Stick Lipsticks (or here) are my favorite lipsticks.
I readily admit they are bougie AF and totally break the budget. But they are amazing!
They’re 65% oil and feel amazing on the lips! Not to mention they smell fantastic.
Plus, the packaging is so gorgeous that I actually bought a lipstick holder, like this one, to display them.
And I just can’t say enough great things about them!
The closest lippies I have found at more reasonable prices are L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipstick and Sephora’s Rouge Lacquer Lipsticks.
While both are similar, they aren’t even close to the decadence of the YSL ones.

First of all, I love these outfits. The top one is the first complete outfit of yours I’ve copied down to the lipstick. Love. it. It might seem a little out of left field, but I felt like everyone I know is always changing their Apple Watch bands, but it’s so hard with larger wrists.
