I think this super comfortable plus size fall work outfit is perfect for business casual workplaces this fall.  These plus size ponte leggings seems like they would be a dream to work in.  And this layered sweater is long in the back, which is very flattering for layering over slim pants.  Of course, if you have a long white or black button down shirt and a black sweater, you can create this look easily.
