Plus Size Ruffle Blouse Outfit

I never considered myself to be a “ruffle person.” In fact, ruffles bring up childhood memories of dresses my mother would make me wear that I absolutely hated. I probably looked adorable, but as a stubborn child, I wasn’t having it!

But I think I just might be a convert! I love the bell sleeves and ruffles that are currently trending, including this plus size ruffle blouse.

The lace and black trimmed ruffles are the types of sartorial details I used to only dream about as a plus sized woman. I’m so grateful to see these types of designs now.

This blouse could easily be dressed up for a night out or event with black trousers or pencil skirt. I also think it could be worn year-round.
