This is Part 2 of my plus size spring casual capsule wardrobe series.
As I said, I received a lot of requests for a casual capsule collection. Plus, I am always getting requests for a list of essentials.
This series is a bit of a hybrid of those two concepts.
As Always, a Disclaimer
As I said in Part 1, let me preface this with what I regularly say to these requests: I am NOT a minimalist.
If you’re looking for a minimalist capsule, I’m not your girl.
I am an unapologetic clothes horse. Every closet in my house, plus a spare bedroom, plus half of my dining room, are full of clothes! (I need an intervention).
So this is the best “pared down essentials” list for spring casual wear that I could come up with.
Part 2 of More Parts
There is more of this series coming soon!
I recommend subscribing to receive my new posts by email if you haven’t already.
There is practically an infinite number of combinations.
But, the collection features 16 articles of clothing, 4 pairs of shoes, 4 handbags, and a variety of accessories.
So for Part 2, I am going to focus on the taupe blouse. This georgette blouse has a classic cut with roll-tab sleeves.
It can be worn so many ways, including with some black slacks for the office.
Plus Size Spring Casual Capsule Wardrobe – Part 2
A taupe blouse is a great neutral piece that can go with practically anything.
But, as you can see it is a versatile piece.
Plus Size White Denim
The looks above are similar combinations we’ve seen but with cropped demi-bootcut white jeans.
These jeans are a modern cut, almost like a kick flare.
If you’re not familiar with JCrew’s or Madewell’s denim sizing, be sure to check out their size chart.
Also, make sure you scroll down to see many more outfit combinations.
And as I said, many more amazing combos from this capsule coming soon!
