Have you heard about the hottest trend of spring 2023?  “Balletcore.”

It’s all about soft fabrics, romantic details, and pastel colors.

Think: bodysuits, leggings, tulle skirts, and ballet flats.

Even if you’re not into trends, this one is really easy to incorporate with athleisure.

For example, just throw on some ballet flats with with some leggings and a tunic.

And you’re suddenly “on trend.”

Outfit Details

This first look is an easy casual outfit.

Just a wrap top, which is reversible, and cut-off denim shorts.

Layer it with a lace bralette.

Add some ballet flats.  I love the worn look of these from Frye.

For accessories, a woven tote bag adds an easiness to the look, as if you may have just come from dance rehearsal.

Some oversized shades adds a bit of cool to the look.

A gold medallion necklace and layered delicate bracelets add trendy femininity.

Beauty

I included my favorite lipstick, which you have heard me discuss many times before.

For this look, I opted for the “Rose Loulou” shade.

And then I added my current fragrance obsession for spring: Gucci’s Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia.

It smells like… you guessed it, gardenia.  It’s sweet but not too sweet.

The second outfit idea is a bit more on the nose with a tulle skirt.

It features the same wrap top and bralette as the first look.

I added some romantic details like some pearl earrings and a small pearl necklace.

A quilted designer bag with chain strap elevates the outfit.

Perfume

Now make sure you smell as divinely feminine as you look!

For this look, I chose one of my favorite scents: Chloe’s Chloe.

But, I recently tried several fragrances by the perfume brand, Dossier.

And so far, I love them!

I have Dossier’s “Floral Peony,” which is inspired by Chloe’s Chloe and it’s pretty amazing!

Oh la la!  A luxury scent at a fraction of the price!
