Two plus size classic winter work outfits for business casual offices.

Plus Size Classic Winter Work Outfits 1

Both of these winter work looks are very similar. 

They start with a cashmere turtleneck sweater, one red and one ivory, and basic black skirt.

Keep you legs warm with some chic black boots.

Wide Calf Boots

The knee-high wide calf boots in black leather have a 2.25″ heel.

These black dress boots have a calf circumference of approximately 16.25″.

And if you need a larger calf circumference, I recommend these boots from Duo, which are “custom sized.”

You can get a calf circumference as large as 50cm or 19.7″

They are also available in a taller shaft and petite shaft.

More Outfit Details

Add a statement piece: a plaid ruana.

I love the fringe detail!

For the red sweater outfit, I added a Burberry check bag, which has a bit of red in the plaid.

Add another pop of red with a bold red lipstick with “Le Rouge.”

Black designer sunglasses are always a good option, but these are a great alternative.

As for jewelry, much like my last work outfit idea, I chose some simple Tory Burch stud earrings. 

Plus, a stacked wrist with a gold bangle bracelet, bead bracelet, link bracelet, and a watch.

This second work outfit has the same cashmere turtleneck sweater, but this time in ivory, and the same black skirt.

But this time I opted for a beige color-blocked handbag and a nude lip.
