Who says you can’t wear color and look professional?

A plus size work outfit with a lavender double-breasted blazer. 

Add to some white trousers. 

With a black surplice top.

Add some interest to the look with some snake print pumps.

Keep the jewelry simple and conservative. 

I opted for some simple purple stud earrings. 

And of course, a stack of David Yurman bracelets.

Lipstick

Finish off your look with a bold lip, like “Smoking Plum” from YSL. 

As I’ve said, the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-in-Stick Lipsticks (or here) are my favorite lipsticks. 

I readily admit they are bougie AF and totally break the budget.  But they are amazing!

They’re 65% oil and feel amazing on the lips!  Not to mention they smell fantastic. 

Plus, the packaging is so gorgeous that I actually bought a lipstick holder, like this one and this one to display them.

And I just can’t say enough great things about them!

The closest lippies I have found at more reasonable prices are L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipstick and Sephora’s Rouge Lacquer Lipsticks. 

While both are similar, they aren’t even close to the decadence of the YSL ones.

Quickly go from the office to the bar with some swaps!

Trade the black top for a lilac lace-trimmed cami.

Switch the jewelry with some sexy gold pieces, like these linear snake chain earrings.

And add a long Y-necklace that drips down your decolletage.  

Then throw on some gold mules and grab a clutch.

And last, but certainly not least, put on a bougie belt.

Gucci Belts

As I’ve said, I haven’t personally tried the Double G Gucci belts.  Sadly, they aren’t large enough for me.  

However, they come as large as a size 20 (or 44″ waist)!  See the updated size chart below for choosing the correct size.

Both the thinner Double G Gucci belts and the wider Double G Gucci belts now come up to a size 120! 

So these belts are accessible to those with larger waists [and much larger wallets]!  If they’re not in your budget, here is an alternative!  Also, check out this Michael Kors belt.
