Two plus size summer blazer outfits with a beige double-breasted blazer.

As I said in a previous post, I have seen these double-breasted blazers everywhere over the past year or so.  They are a great year-round staple.

Just FYI, I’m pretty sure it was the Balmain double-breasted blazer that inspired this trend.

And as you know, I am obsessed with blazers and jeans! 

So for the first outfit, I chose some distressed crop kick flare jeans.

To keep things sophisticated, I opted for a similar tone bodysuit.  A cami works too!

Shoes and Jewelry

Keeping things nice and trendy, I opted for a snake print kitten-heeled sandal. 

As I mentioned, mules and slides are trending and are an easy way to update your summer looks!

Classic gold jewelry like thick gold hoop earrings, a medallion pendant necklace, and a coin charm bracelet add to any look.

Oh yeah and gold aviators never go out of style.  

 Designer Accessories

But you know I had to bougie it up with some designer accessories like this YSL crossbody bag and a Gucci belt.

Ladies, we work hard for our money and if we want to flaunt it, we should! 

Men have been flaunting their prosperity since they learned how to create fire in a cave.

And on average, a woman makes just 82 cents for every dollar a man earns. 

Not to mention women of color who earn just 65% – 70% of white men with the same education.

So we’re likely working hella harder for everything we have!

My point is if designer duds are your jam and you want to treat yourself, you do you!  Haters to the left.

I digress.

Gucci Belts

As I’ve said, I haven’t personally tried the Double G Gucci belts.  Sadly, they aren’t large enough for me.  

However, they come as large as a size 20 (or 44″ waist)!  See the updated size chart below for choosing the correct size.

Both the thinner Double G Gucci belts and the wider Double G Gucci belts now come up to a size 120! 

So these belts are accessible to those with larger waists [and much larger wallets]!  If they’re not in your budget, here is an alternative!  Also, check out this Michael Kors belt.

Lipstick

Finish off your look with a rosy pink lip, like “Rose Loulou” from YSL. 

As I’ve said, the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-in-Stick Lipsticks (or here) are my favorite lipsticks. 

I readily admit they are bougie AF and totally break the budget.  But they are amazing!

They’re 65% oil and feel amazing on the lips!  Not to mention they smell fantastic. 

Plus, the packaging is so gorgeous that I actually bought a lipstick holder, like this one and this one to display them.

And I just can’t say enough great things about them!

The closest lippies I have found at more reasonable prices are L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipstick and Sephora’s Rouge Lacquer Lipsticks. 

While both are similar, they aren’t even close to the decadence of the YSL ones.

Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of blazers with cut-off denim shorts on Instagram.  And I am here for it!

I’ve seen everything from edgy boho, to preppy, to sporty, to preppy-sporty, to somewhere in between. 

Oh, and I can’t forget date night looks!

The point being, these looks are hot and trending!
