Plus Size Navy Blazer Outfits
So I thought I would take this opportunity to show how you can easily wear a blazer and jeans in many different ways just by changing the shoes and accessories.
All of these looks feature the same “base outfit” of a navy blue blazer, white button down shirt, and skinny jeans.
I will show you how to switch things up to wear this base as athleisure, casual outings, casual Fridays at the office, date nights and parties.
Outfit “Base” Details
Like I said, this “base” consists of a plus size navy blue blazer paired with a white shirt for the ultimate classic look.
And if you have a hard time finding a properly fitting basic white button down, check out this one from eShakti.
I recommend getting the custom sizing. It will be the best $7 you’ve ever spent!
As I said, if you select the ability to get it customized and custom-sized, for less than ten bucks, you will have the best fitting garment you’ve ever had.

You can also choose the overall length and length of the sleeve.

Accessories
All of these looks have some accessories in common. You’ll see even more variety in Part 2.
These four outfits feature the same jewelry, belt, and lip combo!
The jewelry includes the quintessential preppy earrings- the Tory Burch logo studs.
But, obviously, any understated earrings will do!
As for that wrist candy: a chain link bracelet, a Tory watch, and an orange enamel bangle.
And as always, I had to make it a bit bougie with a Gucci Marmont belt!
Specifically, the GG Supreme canvas version.
Gucci Belts
As I’ve said, I haven’t personally tried the Double G Gucci belts. Sadly, they aren’t large enough for me.
However, they come as large as a size 20 (or 44″ waist)!
See the updated size chart below for choosing the correct size.
Both the thinner Double G Gucci belts and the wider Double G Gucci belts now come up to a size 120!
So these belts are accessible to those with larger waists [and much larger wallets]!
If they’re not in your budget, here and here are alternatives!
Lipstick
All of these looks also have an orange-y coral lip, specifically the “Corail Marrakech” {discontinued} from YSL.
I layered it over a lip stain (one of my favorite ways to wear these).
I thought I’d also mention the featured lipstick is my favorite.
As I’ve said, the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-in-Stick Lipsticks are my favorite lipsticks.
I readily admit they are bougie AF and totally break the budget. But they are amazing!
They’re 65% oil and feel amazing on the lips! Not to mention they smell fantastic.
Plus, the packaging is so gorgeous that I actually bought a lipstick holder, like this one, to display them.
And I just can’t say enough great things about them!
The closest lippies I have found at more reasonable prices are L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipstick and Sephora’s Rouge Lacquer Lipsticks.
While both are similar, they aren’t even close to the decadence of the YSL ones.
Pro tip: Layer a lip stain like Clarins’ Water Lip Stain or Benetint (or here) under the YSL for longer-lasting color.
Look 1 Details
A little sporty, a little athleisure, and totally preppy.
Throw on your favorite baseball cap.
Grab some square aviator sunglasses. Classic.
And then add a color-blocked crossbody bag. I’m obsessed with this bag!
And then add some fly kicks: Nike Blazer platform sneakers.

Unfortunately, because I was so sick for so long, I didn’t get the chance to create very many this fall. But, typically I try to have at least one out of every five posts be “on a budget.” So I plan to get back to those in the new year!
Yes! Yes! Yes! I love these outfits with the blue blazer!! I really liked the ones with the silver and hot pink accents they are so adorable! Dressy and casual all at the same time. I found myself wearing a blazer recently over a t-shirt and jeans with dressy shoes and loved the look. The blazer also really did well in hiding areas I wasn’t comfortable about so I could have a carefree time and be comfortable. Thank you for the outfit idea and I love Navy blue, it looks so good with so much without being your typical black outfit.
