Wearing Linen

These plus size navy joggers are 100% linen.  Perfect for keeping cool this spring and summer!

Linen might seem difficult to deal with, but it’s actually quite easy.  And it’s machine washable! 

But, as I’ve said, people often ask me how to keep their linen clothes from wrinkling.

For one, linen is always going to wrinkle.  Always. 

And really, that is part of “the look.”  You know, that rich bougie b!tch look that I love so much!

Two, a linen-blend will wrinkle less. 

And three, if you iron with starch, linen will wrinkle slightly less.  But, I say, just let it go!

Resort Look

This is the “resort” version of these looks with a blush tank. 

When in doubt, add a straw fedora.  Instant chic vaycay look, no matter where you are!

Then add some classic shades like Ray-Ban aviators.  And why not some tortoise hoop earrings.

As always, top with a denim jacket as needed.

Miller Sandals

If you watch my Instagram stories, you know that I recently purchased the Miller Cloud sandals (or here) and they fit my wide feet!

I typically wear a 7.5W, but I got the 7.5 and they fit me perfectly.  

But if you have truly wide feet, Tory Burch is offering leather slides in wide width (C).  Woot!

These are probably your best best.

So, if you’ve got wide feet let me hear ya say “Hell yeah!”

Lipstick

Finish off your look with a nude lip, like “Nude Lavalliere” from YSL. 

As I’ve said, the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-in-Stick Lipsticks (or here) are my favorite lipsticks. 

I readily admit they are bougie AF and totally break the budget.  But they are amazing!

They’re 65% oil and feel amazing on the lips!  Not to mention they smell fantastic. 

Plus, the packaging is so gorgeous that I actually bought a lipstick holder, like this one, to display them.

And I just can’t say enough great things about them!

The closest lippies I have found at more reasonable prices are L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipstick and Sephora’s Rouge Lacquer Lipsticks. 

While both are similar, they aren’t even close to the decadence of the YSL ones.

Sporty Look

This look is the “sporty” version of these looks with a blush tank. 

It’s the same “base” as the “resort” look, but instead of a fedora, throw on a baseball cap like you give no Fs!

Seriously, throw your hair in a messy ponytail and rock that ish!

This time I chose blue gradient Ray-Ban aviators.  

And to finish out this sporty look, opt for a trendy take on a classic. 

These low-top Converse Chuck Taylors sneakers are platform and leather rather than canvas.   

I love them!  But, any white sneakers will do.

Wear sockless or with no show socks.
