Key Dates

Early Access is a special perk reserved for Nordstrom cardmembers.

Your Nordy Club level is based on yearly spend amounts, though all cardmembers automatically start at Influencer status.

You can only shop Anniversary Sale Early Access as a cardmember.

July 12: Early Access for cardmembers with Icon status.
July 14: Early Access for cardmembers with Ambassador status.
July 16: Early Access for cardmembers with Influencer status.
July 28: Anniversary Sale opens to the general public.

Plus Size Faux Leather Leggings

These plus size faux leather leggings (here or here) are very well-reviewed with 4.5/5 stars.

It’s not surprising, considering they’re made by Spanx and offer the control that anyone can use when wearing a legging!

Some reviewers even reported that these leggings “hid” their cellulite.

What!?!

Sizing

They run a little small, but keep in mind, much like Spanx shapewear undergarments, they will be a pain in the a$$ to put on but that’s what you need to keep everything snatched!

They are a support level 2, which is mid-range for Spanx, which offer 3 levels of support.

So, you’ll want them to be tight. Something to think about when you’re evaluating the fit.

Also, you should probably size up, especially if you are apple-shaped. If you experience any rolling down at the waist, getting the next size up should fix that.

Outfit Details

Topping the faux leather leggings with a striped tee and a denim shirt.

I added a crossbody bag that you’ll find at the top of my wishlist: the Saint Laurent Lou Camera Bag.

Of course, any black crossbody will do!

Then I added a little boho flair with a wool fedora and some snakeprint booties. So fire!

For jewelry, I chose some classic gold pieces like these thick hoop earrings.

I actually own them in the two larger sizes. They’re made by PAVOI, from Amazon, and must say the quality is really great for the prices!

Lastly, I added some perfume from Le Labo. Le Labo’s Santal 33 was one of the most popular fragrances in the last year or so.

Side note: now everyone is obsessed with Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkjian. But it is hella expensive!

So back to Le Labo’s limited-edition set of perfume.

It includes three of the most-loved fragrances from Le Labo, including Santal 33 which is a unisex fragrance described as “captures a defining image of the spirit of the American West.”

Essentially, it smells like you bottled the aura of a hippie’s spirit animal with the collective mood of Burning Man, then added some sandalwood.

It’s the perfect scent for those boho days.
