Plus Size Coral Shorts Outfit

A no-fail “formula” for spring and summer outfits: printed scarf + white t-shirt + coordinating color shorts or pants.  This plus size coral shorts outfit is a really easy way to look casually put together and stay cool.  If you want to see more ways to wear coral shorts, go here, here, and here.

Plus Size White T-Shirts

By the way, the featured white t-shirt is one of my favorites and now available in a tunic length (30″).  They also make the standard length relaxed fit version.  I am still searching to find my [new] favorite tees.  Specifically, I am looking for plus size white t-shirts that are cotton, opaque, and hip length or longer.  Also, preferably, don’t cling and will “hold” their stretch after you stretch them a bit.

I love the t-shirts at Yours, but the shipping has become cost-prohibitive.  So I am still slowly trying out new tees.  I just purchased some from Universal Standard.  They are pricey!  We will see if they’re worth it.  And I will be sure to report my findings as I find ones that I like!  Stay tuned…

  1. Try the St Johns Bay tees at JCPenneys. They’re fit and quality surpass pricier tees from Talbots and J Crew.

  2. Have you tried the basic Ava & Viv t-shirt at Target? They are only 60% cotton but I adore them. They fit nice, they wash nice, they’re not see-through, they are super flattering and don’t hug anything and they’re $8. I have at least 10 of them and they are my favorite t-shirts (black, navy, and white). I have never put them in the dryer (I hang them to dry) because I want to prolong their life, so I don’t know for certain how well they dry. I have even gotten them on sale for $5!

  3. With the last two outfits you’ve inspired me to venture out of my khaki shorts uniform…thanks! As for t-shirts, I recently ordered the Amazon Essentials (might be called Daily Ritual now) tees and they are great and the price can’t be beat.
