Mad for Plaid?

You may have noticed lately that I am lowkey obsessed with plaid.

So I was very excited when maurices asked me to create a look from their “buffalo bar” which is a festive collection of plaid pieces including buffalo plaid and tartan.

In fact, there is something for the whole family including coordinating pajamas.

Outfit Details

I chose to feature this green plaid shacket, which is available in sizes XS – 4X.

Because this shirt jacket is a bit oversized, opt for something sleek underneath. 

I chose a tank top in an oatmeal color.

And of course some jeans!  I went with a dark wash flare.  Love these!

Accessories

I added a rancher hat and booties.

The booties are Western-ish with a pointed toe and block heel and on-trend with lug soles. 

They are a bit high though with a 2.7″ heel.

More Accessories

For jewelry, I opted for some gold hoop earrings, a long necklace, and a stack of neutral beaded bracelets.

Of course, I went with a designer crossbody bag.

And finished the look with a rosy brown lip.
