As I’ve said many times, Nordstrom has several “in-house” brands that offer quality and style at a variety of price points. 

Today’s outfits feature a bold blue dress from Nordy’s Treasure & Bond, which gives 2.5% of new proceeds to support youth experiencing homelessness.

The on-trend lightweight blazers are from Open Edit, one of Nordstrom’s newest brands.  I really love their trendiness and affordable price points.

Plus Size Ruched Dress

You might remember this plus size ruched dress.  I’ve featured it on the blog several times.

This dress is one of the most popular items I’ve ever featured on this blog!  I hear nothing but good things!

The cut and ruching are very flattering.  And it can easily work dressed down or up!

So I decided to style the bright blue color.

But, if you’d like something longer, here is a maxi dress that would also work.

Optional Lightweight Blazers

For these outfits, I opted for lightweight blazers that are long for that trendy “boyfriend” look.

Very Miami Vice and I love it!

Look 1 Shoes & Accessories

For Look 1, I went with a tan lightweight blazer with gold jewelry.

The layered “Y” or lariat style necklace also comes in silver.  See below.

I added some gold linear earrings for a little extra drama.

And then some stacked on bold chain bracelets and rings.

Add a beautiful quilted crossbody bag for a touch of sophistication.

Oversized square sunnies top the look.

And trendy braided flat sandals with a square toe finish it.

Look 2 Details

For Look 2, I went with an ivory lightweight blazer with silver jewelry.

The same layered “Y” necklace as above but in silver.  

I added some silver hoop earrings, a stack of silver bangle bracelets, and two rings.

But the pièce de résistance is the bright orange bag.

Finish the look with an orange-y lip and low-heeled sandals.
