Today I bring you a plus size spring outfit formula that is easy to replicate time and time again. Start with colored pant or jeans, even shorts will work. Add a white top that has a fun detail, like a ruffle or eyelet. Then choose a statement earring that incorporates the color of the bottoms or is a complementary color. Top with a denim jacket as needed. And lastly, chose neutral sandals and a neutral but trendy bag. It’s so easy that I show you how to do it twice!

As you can see from these two looks, the formula is easy to replicate.
The Formula
Colored Bottoms + Interesting/Detailed White Top + Statement Earring in a complementary color* + Denim Jacket (optional)

Look 1
For the first look, I chose a dark mustard ankle pant. I paired them with a white top with eyelet detail. Unfortunately, that top is nearly sold out now, but I found several tops that will work:
Then I chose a statement earring that has complementary and coordinating colors. You might recognize them from a previous post. As I previously mentioned, these earrings closely resemble the Stella + Ruby earrings. You can find more amazing earrings in my Amazon shop which I have been working to keep updated! The second look uses the same formula. In this instance, I chose a statement earring in a complementary color. And the same rattan bag, which is trendy yet neutral. Plus, the same basic slide sandals.
