Give your wardrobe basics a fresh spin with these plus size boyfriend jeans outfit ideas.  Most women likely have a black blazer, striped tee (similar), and a leopard or plaid scarf in their closets.  If you don’t have these basic items, I highly recommend you invest in them.  They never go out of style and can be added into outfits in a variety of ways.

In this instance, I took these classic pieces and added them to a pair of boyfriend jeans with raw hems.  The cropped length and distressing give these J.Crew boyfriends an update.

J.Crew Sizing

In case you haven’t heard, J.Crew now has many items in plus sizes up to a size 24 or 3X.  Their sizing is comparable to Lane Bryant.  One thing to note is that some of their pants and jeans come by waist sizing (vanity), so check the size chart below to see which size you are.

Raw Hem Jeans

If you’re unsure about boyfriend jeans, try the raw hem trend in a skinny jean, like these.  For a modern look add a pair of block heeled booties.
